CAN I GET A REFUND?
Yep! We offer full refunds up to 30 days after purchase on all non-credit courses. Just contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know what course you would like a refund for.
Because we work with colleges and universities, we cannot offer refunds on purchases of for-credit courses. If you are having trouble accessing the material or are having trouble paying for the course, please contact our support team email@example.com. We will be happy make your experience the best it can be.
DOES MY COURSE FULFILL MY LICENSE/RELICENSE REQUIREMENT?
We cannot many any guarantee that any of our professional development courses will fulfill license, relicense, PDP, CEU or any other professional obligations. While we cannot offer any guarantee, many US states offer teachers the opportunity to self-report professional development activity. You will want to check with your state's agency/department responsible for teacher licensure for clarification.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP/SCHOOL/DISTRICT DISCOUNTS?
